Your device, your data
Some journal entries and logs may be stored locally. When you enable connected features or backup, selected data is transmitted to access-controlled cloud services.
Not sold for ads
KareBud is designed around subscriptions and direct user relationships, not advertising. We do not sell consumer health data or use it for targeted advertising. Service providers may process data only for requested operations, security, support, analytics, payments, or other disclosed purposes.
Portable by request
You can request an export of available account data. Structured and FHIR-formatted exports may be available for review, but compatibility, import, and acceptance depend on the receiving system.
Dynamic Trust Shield
Before certain AI requests are sent for processing, our trust controls attempt to reduce direct identifiers and apply routing rules appropriate to the selected feature.
Our Plain-Language Commitments
Access Is Role-Limited
Access is limited by role and operational need. Authorized personnel or service providers may access information when needed for support, security, legal obligations, or features you request.
Emergency Profile Access
If available, you may configure a caregiver-access card. Review its contents and permissions carefully; anyone with access to the card or link may be able to view the shared information.
Account Deletion Requests
Deleting your account begins a deletion or de-identification process. Limited information may remain temporarily in backups or longer when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.
Correction History
Confirmed corrections may update the active source record while preserving the original and corrected values in audit history for healthcare traceability.
