No AI Training on Your Data

Sensitive data is processed on your device or in region-specific, isolated environments. We minimize data transmission and use edge AI whenever possible.
Strict Guardrails
AI runs with strict safety constraints. It cannot make medical decisions, override clinician advice, or access data outside your explicit permissions.

You decide what data AI can access, when it runs, and what insights it generates. You can pause AI features anytime without losing your data.
Your Controls
Opt Out Anytime
You can disable AI-powered features at any time from your settings. Your data remains accessible in its raw form, and you can reactivate AI features whenever you choose.
Pause Subscriptions
If you're on a paid plan, you can pause AI-powered reflections and "Ask KareBud™" features. Your data stays with you — always accessible, even when AI is paused.
Export & Delete
Export your complete health history anytime in standard formats. If you choose to delete your account, all your data — including AI-generated insights — is permanently removed.
